What we collect

Account: your email (sign-in links only, no passwords).
Orders: recipient name, phone, address, email, notes, and the customization you chose (text, icons, colors, sizes).
Photos you upload: used only to make the product you ordered. Photos not used in an order are deleted after 7 days; ordered photos are kept with the order.
Imagine shares and saves: the combo, the name and the signature you enter (shares never include uploaded photos).
For security and abuse prevention, servers log request IP addresses; model-file downloads also log the account and IP.

To make and ship what you ordered, and to send order emails (confirmation, payment, shipping).
Imagine combos you choose to publish appear in the public gallery with your signature.
Share rewards: when a friend orders through your share link we match the order to the share to issue a coupon.
We never sell or hand your data to third parties for marketing.

Order records and print files are kept for 3 years, so you can ask us to reprint the exact same item.
Account data is kept until you delete your account; contact us to do so.

Hosting and database: Vercel, Supabase.
Email: Resend.
Payment: ECPay (once connected, card details are handled by ECPay; we never see your card number).
Long-term backup of print files: Google Drive (order content and design only, no recipient details).
OpenAI is used to translate store content, never customer data.
Traffic and ad analytics: Google Analytics and Meta Pixel (anonymous browsing and order events, never names or addresses; visitors in Thailand are asked to consent first).

You can view your orders and saves in your account at any time, or contact us to access, correct or delete your personal data.
Deleting data may affect warranty and reprint service.
